Cancel and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Site / Customer,

Order once placed cannot be cancelled post purchase. In case of any damage or returned goods, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting fixed shipment charges. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Mayura Herbals does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Mayura Herbals .

10% cancellation charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer.

Return Policies

1. The purchased items should be unused.
2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.
3. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
4. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
